infra / supra

 

Ambele sunt adverbe neologice (împrumuturi latineşti) având sensul „mai jos”, respectiv „mai sus” şi se utilizează numai în tehnica redactării textelor, scrise cursiv şi precedate frecvent de „vezi”. Ele absolvă autorul de a face o trimitere exactă la rând (şi, uneori, chiar la pagină):

 

Ideea de bază, vezi supra (infra), a fost preluată de la un remarcabil istoric al mentalităţilor.
